I. 3uAirPlayer device authority call

In the course of providing services, 3uAirPlayer may call some of your device permissions. Below are the business functions corresponding to the privileges called by 3uAirPlayer, the purpose of calling the privileges, and what 3uAirPlayer asks you before calling the privileges.

You can choose to disable some or all of the permissions in the settings function of your device, so as to refuse the collection of corresponding personal information by 3uAirPlayer. The way of displaying and disabling permissions may vary in different devices, please refer to the device and system developer's instructions or guidelines for details.

Please note that by turning on any of the permissions, you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services, and by turning off any of the permissions, you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permissions, and we will also stop providing you with the corresponding services. However, the closure of your authorization will not affect the collection and use of information based on your previous authorization.

II. How we collect your personal information

1. 3UP may collect personal information about you in order to realize the functions of 3uAirPlayer.
If you do not provide the relevant information, business functions that must be provided with personal information may be affected, but services that do not require the provision of personal information will not be affected by the refusal.

2. In order to provide you and other users with better services and richer functionality, we may use software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.

These third-party SDK providers promise and guarantee to collect your personal information strictly in accordance with the scope of this article, and will collect, use and store your personal information in accordance with their own Privacy Policies (including your personal information based on the realization of the SDK services shared by the third-party SDK provider to the project partners), rather than this Privacy Policy, so we recommend that you understand the contents of this Privacy Policy and should learn more about our third-party SDK Privacy Policy. Therefore, we recommend that you understand the content of this Privacy Policy, and should further understand the third-party SDK we access the Privacy Policy. 3UP integrates SDKs only to the extent necessary for its business operations and has conducted prior reviews of third-party compliance credentials and data collection scope. Any losses resulting from excessive data collection or unauthorized disclosure by third-party SDKs shall be borne solely by the third party; 3UP shall not be liable for compensation if it is not at fault.

Currently, the third-party SDKs accessed by our App are shown below. If we have any updates or adjustments to the third-party SDKs accessed, we will promptly notify you by pop-up windows, announcements, private messages, or updates to our Privacy Policy.

III. How we use cookies and similar technologies

a) Cookies help website or application providers to recognize registered users, calculate the number of users, and are often used by each website or application provider to determine whether a registered user has logged in or not. 3UP sends one or more small data files called cookies to your computer or mobile device, which usually contain an identifier, the site name, and some numbers and characters. e) 3UP will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy. You can refuse or manage cookies or web beacons through your preferences; you can clear all cookies stored on your computer; most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser's settings to refuse cookies if you prefer; or you can clear all cookies stored within the software. However, if you do so, you may need to change your user settings every time you visit 3UP's websites or applications, and all of your previously recorded information will be deleted, so you may not be able to enjoy the best experience of the Services, and some of the Services may not be able to function properly, or the security of the Services you are using may be affected to some extent. At the same time, you will receive the same number of advertisements, but they will be less relevant to you.

We will not transfer your personal information to third parties, but as 3UP's business continues to grow, 3UP and 3UP's affiliates may engage in mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions, and your information may be transferred as part of such transactions. 1. 3UP will do everything possible to take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update and correct your registration information or other personal information provided when using the Company's services. When accessing, updating and correcting the foregoing information, 3UP may require you to authenticate your identity to safeguard the security of your account.

2. Notwithstanding the above agreement, the Company may not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances, as required by laws and regulations:

a. Related to national security and defense security;

b. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest;

c. Relating to the investigation, prosecution and adjudication of crimes, etc.;

d. If there is sufficient evidence of subjective malice or abuse of your rights;

e. Responding to your request will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals or organizations.

VII. Tips on information security protection

1. 3UP will only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and for the time required by law.

2. 3UP only allows employees and partners of 3UP and 3UP's affiliates who need to know such information to access your personal information and has set up a strict access control and monitoring mechanism for this purpose. 3UP also requires all personnel who may have access to your personal information to fulfil the corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfil these obligations may result in legal liability or suspension of the relationship with 3UP.

3. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and e-mail, instant messaging, social software and other means of communication with other users can not be sure whether fully encrypted, 3UP suggests that you use such tools, please use complex passwords or change your account password regularly, and pay attention to the protection of your personal information security.

4. 3UP uses the following security technologies and procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information.

a.3UP enables the SSL protocol to provide encryption protection when exchanging data between your browser or application and the server.

XI. Tips on the use of services by minors

1. 3UP places great importance on the protection of minors' personal data. Minors under the age of 18 may not use 3uAirPlayer without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 18, you should supervise and manage the minor's use of 3UPservices; the minor must obtain your prior consent before creating an account. 2. 2.The validity, interpretation, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute or controversy between the User and 3UP, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the People's Court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement was executed.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall be binding on the parties.
