This policy applies to all services provided by 3UP NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "We") through the 3uAirPlayer platform. The Company is committed to protecting the personal information and privacy of users (collectively referred to as "Users" or "You") of the 3uAirPlayer platform. Meanwhile, the Company promises to adopt corresponding security protection measures in accordance with industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information and privacy.
Please read and thoroughly understand this Privacy Policy before using our products or services. For clauses significantly related to your rights and interests, the Company has used bold font for your special attention. By installing, using, registering, or otherwise accessing the Company's services, you accept this Privacy Policy and knowingly consent to all its provisions. To provide you with the functional services of this product, we will collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Where sensitive information is involved (including your personal phone number, email account, and identity card information), to ensure the security of your personal information, we adopt compliant technologies for encrypted storage and enhanced control over the sensitive information you explicitly consent to and proactively provide.
We only process your relevant personal information based on the "principle of minimal necessity" for the purpose of providing services to you, and only when you use specific functions. Besides this policy, in specific scenarios (including but not limited to policy updates or new features requiring collection of personal information not covered herein), we will separately inform you (via page prompts, pop-ups, etc.) detailing the processing rules (purpose, method, scope, etc.) and process the information only after obtaining your consent. Our processing of your personal information will not exceed the scope of the relevant authorization. 1.1 This product provides connection functions for interacting with the 3uAirPlayer PC client.
a. Wired Connection. Connect the phone to a large screen display via an adapter device to display the phone mirror on the PC client and enable phone control; obtain information such as device storage capacity, device system version, device storage classification, and device system version number from the phone device.
b. Wireless Connection. This product provides three connection functions for interacting with the 3uAirPlayer PC client: searching for nearby devices, casting code, and scan-to-connect. When you use this product, you can wirelessly connect with the 3uAirPlayer PC client to display the phone mirror on the PC client, including obtaining photos, IP address, GPS location, Bluetooth information, device model, system version number, and unique device identifier.
1.2 Casting Function. When you use the casting function, we collect the device's WiFi information to ensure the normal operation of the network connection service. When you actively use files, images, videos, or music for casting, we will collect your files, images, and videos as part of the casting content.
2. System Permissions Application and Invocation. During the provision of services, 3uAirPlayer will invoke certain permissions on your device. The following table details the business functions associated with the permissions invoked by 3uAirPlayer, the purpose of the invocation, and the circumstances under which you will be asked beforehand.
You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in your device settings, thereby refusing 3uAirPlayer's collection of the corresponding personal information. The display and method for turning off permissions may vary across different devices; please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by your device and system developer.
Please note that enabling any permission constitutes your authorization for us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Disabling any permission constitutes your withdrawal of authorization. We will cease collecting and using the relevant personal information based on that permission and will stop providing the corresponding service. However, disabling a permission will not affect the information collection and use previously conducted based on your authorization.

3. To provide you and other users with better services and enrich functionalities, we may integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
These third-party SDK providers promise and guarantee to strictly collect your personal information within the scope specified in this section, and will collect, use, and store your personal information (including information obtained by these SDK providers and shared with project partners for implementing the SDK services) according to their respective Privacy Policies, not this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we recommend that, after understanding the content of this Privacy Policy, you further review the Privacy Policies of the integrated third-party SDKs.
The current status of third-party SDKs integrated into our App is as shown above. If there are updates or adjustments to the integrated third-party SDKs, we will notify you promptly via pop-ups, announcements, private messages, or by updating this Privacy Policy.

XIII. Personal Information Storage and Cross-Border Transfer
1. The Company stores the collected personal information within mainland China, with a retention period of 180 days from the cessation of service. Your personal information will not be transferred abroad. If cross-border transfer is necessary, the Company will separately obtain your authorization and handle relevant procedures according to national laws and regulations.
XIV. Dispute Resolution
1. The laws of Singapore shall apply to the validity and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes. If any dispute or controversy arises between the user and 3UP, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation in the first place, and if the negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with the court of competent jurisdiction in the place of registration of 3UP NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD.
